Tom Hatzer, founder and managing director
Tom has been developing web applications with PHP for more than 20 years, from the early days of the web to today's cloud platforms. This experience informs every project: its architecture, its infrastructure and the judgement of what is worthwhile and what is not.
After 20 years of building, taking over and getting systems back on track, you recognize early where a project might fail. That is exactly why clients bring us in.

The company
twopeaks digital GmbH is based in Lochau, Austria, and evolved from twopeaks digital e.U. We work with companies in German-speaking markets, the United States and around the world. We work in German and English, remotely and on site where needed.
- Continuity: Founded in 2021 as twopeaks digital e.U. and operating as a GmbH since 2026. Our contacts, way of working and quality standards have remained the same.
- Certified: ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, audited annually.
- Contracts: Data processing and confidentiality agreements are standard; hosting can be restricted entirely to the EU on request.
- Communication: We meet by video call rather than phone. Gestures and facial expressions are part of the conversation for us.
- Support: During business hours with agreed response times. For round-the-clock operations, we work with your team or infrastructure provider.
