- Step 1: You describe your project using the enquiry form.
- Step 2: In the initial meeting, we clarify goals, constraints and whether we are a good fit.
- Step 3: Through analysis or a concept, we create a solid foundation and estimate the effort.
- Step 4: We define scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and billing in the statement of work.
- Step 5: We deliver in milestones, verify every result and hand over with documentation and training.
Commercial terms
- Effort estimate as a guideline once the requirements are clear.
- Services for agreed compensation: We provide our work under the agreed commercial terms. Our hourly rates reflect quality, experience and reliable support.
- Development partner, not investor: Equity, revenue shares or promises of future success do not replace agreed compensation and are not a basis for reduced hourly rates.
- Thinking ahead is part of our work. We consider architecture, security, operations, maintainability and follow-up costs from the outset so they do not turn into expensive problems later.
- Billing based on the statement of work. Consulting before the SOW that goes beyond the initial 15-minute meeting is billed at our regular hourly rate.
- Framework agreements for ongoing development and consulting.
- Changes to the scope are handled through a ticket or change request to the SOW, not on the fly.
