What we work on before it becomes a product.
In our workshop, we explore technologies, products and ways of working independently of client engagements. Some experiments become internal tools or standalone products. Others remain as documented learning.

Current work
Experiments in progress and published projects in production use.
opsfour/s3-server
S3 protocol and interchangeable storage backends
A production-oriented S3-compatible object-storage server distributed as a PHP package with separate protocol, metadata and storage layers.
s3s.sh: Object storage sync
Cross-provider S3 backups
A control plane for incremental synchronization and recovery between S3-compatible storage systems. It can run as a managed service or through an agent in the customer’s own infrastructure.
php.ms: Code intelligence via MCP
A live memory for codebases
A remotely operated code-intelligence server that indexes source code, history, documentation and business context and makes them available to AI tools through MCP.
fc-ctl: Isolated job execution
Bounded workloads in Firecracker microVMs
A self-hosted execution plane for asynchronous jobs in isolated Firecracker microVMs. It works without Kubernetes and enforces explicit limits for runtime, networking and resources.
pharscout: Security before composer install
Supply-chain checks for PHP packages
A local security scanner that checks Composer packages for backdoors, obfuscation, unexpected binaries and other supply-chain indicators before installation.
Paused
Concepts and prototypes that we are not actively pursuing at the moment.
QA feedback toolbar
Contextual feedback inside web applications
An embeddable toolbar for visual annotations, comments, reactions, screen recordings and session recordings directly inside a running web application.
DevBounty
Bounded development tasks through GitHub
An early product idea for clearly defined development tasks with rewards, GitHub-based assignment and a traceable delivery workflow.
Documented findings
Documented findings without a currently planned continuation or publication.
