Small tasks often fit neither traditional project procurement nor open issue lists. Responsibility, access, compensation and acceptance can quickly become unclear.

An initial technical spike connects bounties with GitHub login, automatically created private repositories, invitations and webhooks. The product design deliberately remains open.

Models, an administration interface and a basic GitHub workflow exist. This is sufficient as a feasibility check, but not yet as a validated product prototype.

Clarify the target group, assignment model, legal roles and acceptance criteria before further product development begins.
